Would you like support to develop deeper bonds with your beloved animals? This entry-level program* is great for both the novice and experienced Reiki practitioner, as well as for anyone curious about how Reiki can help each of us recover peace and calm in our life. I am inspired to host this class again in memory of one of my favorite teachers, Thich Nhat Hanh. His teachings on mindfulness, compassion and deep listening have inspired many people across the globe to live more peacefully and more heart-centered. What you will experience and learn: -Techniques to create a sense of inner-ease -The basic precepts of Reiki and how to integrate them into your daily life -Guided meditations -Each week you will learn a new Reiki practice to share with your favorite animal Together, let’s bring peace, calm, and ease into our hearts so we can better support each other, our loved ones and our animals. Donation/Dana This class is offered based on dana (donation), which is a Buddhist term that means generosity and is modeled on the idea of mutual support (giving and receiving). This is a personal exploration for each person. I will be offering the class and the teachings and each participant gets to decide for themselves what kind of a dana to give. For some who are struggling financially the dana might be a sincere thank you in the form of an email; for another who is feeling particularly impacted by the class and has the financial means they may give more than the suggested amount. The suggested dana for the entire class is $30 USD, paid for upon course completion. *This is not a Reiki training course.
